Have you ever wanted a day off school, but you're not actually sick?
Well our mad scientist may have found the perfect solution for you... just remember DO NOT GET CAUGHT.....
This is our 2016 Manaiakalani Film Festival entry, we were a little in the learning pit about how we could do some of the effects, but thanks to the magic of green screen we were successful.

People should eat Bugs
Yes i agree that people should eat bugs because they use less space, than farming, they are healthier and they produce less pollution.
It would be good for the earth because right now We humans eat more meat than most food and soon we might run out of meat and it takes more space for a farm of Cows, chickens and pigs.but if we start to eat bugs instead of meat it would help lots of things in the world and the environment.
Now it might seem wired when you think about it ,like most people don't eat bugs, to us it's not normal but to some people it is super delicious,But the reason we're talking about this is because bugs are a lot healthier than meat also if keep our farms we might run out of space for people to have a house anthorn reason is if we keep the cows they can pollution there surroundings because when they eat the grass all the good stuff in the grass stays in there body and then when they take a p** all the stuff turns into stuff that can kill the surroundings. But the cool thing about the bugs is that the ones that you can eat can help the environment and it there farms take up less space.
So yes i think people should bugs.

Jensen's letter to the editor
I read a book called Doctor in the house. Then we pretended we were the main character, the little girl and wrote a letter to the editor about why they should have not taken the photo of dad. It's should be ILLEGAL to take photo's of people with out permission and we are trying to see what it would be like to be the girl from the story.

Jensen's recount of Science Week Activities
On Tuesday 17th of may 2016 my class hub 8 had Science Week
My favourite thing that we did in my class was the dancing raisins. They were very cool.
First, Mr Stuart told us what we needed was sparkling water and some raisins. It was not much but it was what we needed for the experiment to work . so, after about seven minutes the raisins had started to go up and down so it cida looked like they were dancing it was super funny. Mr stuart told us that what happens with the raisins is they collet air in the soda and then when they go to the surface then they lose their air and go back to the bottom and this happens a lot after a while. At the end i learned a new experiment that was super awesome and super funny. Science week was amazingly cool.

How to make a double waka - by Jensen
When I was writing this I had to go back and fourth through the book and had a little bit of trouble writing in second person. At first I did not know how to write in second person but then I got better at writing in second person.

Tim & Kevin
Jensen made this picture book for the Junior School Learners. Jensen made his own illustrations using a computer programme called SketchPad. Each of our stories needed to have a moral. See if you can work out Jensen's moral before you get to the end.
